Under the hood, Xperia XZ2 has Qualcomm®’s lateset Snapdragon™ 845 Mobile Platform and a not-so-less 6GBs of RAM. The internal memory comprises of 64GB with UFS technology and is expandable upto 400GB via microSDXC(available only on dual SIM model with hybrid tray solution).
Xperia XZ2 boasts a beautiful 5.7″ Full HD+ (1080 x 2160) HDR display that is 18:9 on the aspect side. The display tech features TRILUMINOS™ Display and X-Reality™ engine, Dynamic Contrast Enhancer, Dynamic Vibration System and HDR BT.2020 compliance. All this is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5 on top. Therefore it will not get any scratches easily.
On the back is a 19MP Motion Eye camera with an f/2.0 aperture and 1.22 micron sized pixels. It is capable of time stopping 960 fps super slow motion for both HD (720p) and Full HD(1080p) resolutions. The camera can go up to ISO 12800 for low light photography but it will not go above ISO 4000 when video recording is triggered. It has 4K HDR recording for movie like experience and predictive hybrid auto-focus. It also features a 5-axis gyro OIS and a 5 MP front camera with an f/2.2 aperture and gyro EIS which will help in stability. The front cam can record videos in 1080p. Probably an average selfie shooter!

Talking about connectivity, Xperia XZ2 has support for Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, A-GPS with A-Glonass and many other. The LTE Cat18 modem inside is capable of data transfer over internet up to 1.2 Gbps therefore connectivity won’t be a problem on this beauty. The USB on this device is a v3.1 Gen1 with up to 5Gbps bandwidth.
